Background, Family & Hobbies
With a background in horse training in many disciplines, I grew up showing and ultimately specialized in starting horses. In my 20’s, I spent several years cowboying in Montana, working at a feed lot, and traveling giving clinics before I settled down with my husband, Billy Dan, where we run cattle, raise kids & hay, and have a horse training business on our property.
I have lived in Northern California, Montana, Colorado, Belgium, and after traveling worldwide I settled in Texas which has been my home for over 20 years.
I began in Real Estate with my husband’s custom home building company where I moved up the ranks from laborer to designer and eventually was the contractor as he was the builder. I then went into New Home Sales in the DFW Metroplex for over eight years. In negotiations, I have a proven record having been ranked #1 nationally with a top homebuilder, #1 in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex with all the builders, and most importantly have always received the highest ranking of customer satisfaction. We have a rental business and also have experience with both Commercial & Residential Developers. Since 2009, I made it full circle as a Real Estate Agent, combining my love and knowledge of ranches, livestock, and houses. I feel a lifetime of passion, knowledge, and training contributes to my success in finding the right fit for my clients. I am also highly proficient in rooting out information, communicating, and taking command of the tasks at hand. I set proper expectations, then exceed them.
