Susan was just wonderful to work with! She is patient, kind, and has a keen eye for construction. This was

Not knowing the area, Susan directed us to the best place for our needs. It was not on our radar and not
only did she get us what we wanted but she got us things that we needed and didn't know. Our horses and
dogs are as happy as we are.

Hi Susan and Carol, I met Susan around 4 years ago. At the time, I'd traveled from Ca. on several occasions to look at properties in the Whitesboro, Collinsville area. Susan and Carol were the best together! Not only discovering properties, but negotiating contracts as well. Susan Johnson puts her clients first, whether selling or buying. Susan negotiated the most amazing deal for me. Susan, is extremely knowledgeable about the types of terrain and soil in the different areas. I eventually purchased my home/ horse property in Weatherford. Between Susan and Carol, her assistant, the transaction was seamless, flawless, and probably the easiest purchase I've experienced, and because of Susan's expert knowledge of the buyers contract, I saved thousands of dollars!
